Central and attacking midfielders find pockets, turn and create. They need a quick first touch, vision, and the confidence to shoot from distance.
What we train
Finding space
Moving between the lines and showing for the ball at the right angle.
Turning
Inside and outside hook turns, Cruyffs and receiving on the half-turn.
Final pass
Through balls, disguised passes and combinations at the edge of the box.
Shooting from distance
Clean strikes from 18–25 m with both feet.

Common questions
How can a midfielder get better at turning?
Practice receiving side-on with a shoulder check, then rehearse two or three turns until they're automatic.
What is the difference between a No. 8 and a No. 10?
A No. 8 covers both boxes, defending and attacking; a No. 10 plays higher, focusing on chances and the final pass.
