Soccer training for ECNL Regional League players
ECNL Regional League is a strong competitive level and, for many players, the step before ECNL. The players who move up are the ones who keep improving their technical base and their speed of thought.
What coaches look for
- — Clean technique under pressure
- — Confidence on the weak foot
- — Reading the game and scanning
- — Fitness to play at higher intensity
How we train it
1-on-1 sessions on the exact details, Plyo for speed and power, and an Individual Development Plan with goals and homework — scheduled around club practice, games and recovery.
Common questions
How can an ECNL RL player move up to ECNL?
Evaluators look for players who are technically sharp and make quick decisions. Targeted 1-on-1 work on touch, weak foot and 1v1 play, plus a development plan with clear goals, gives players a measurable path.
What should ECNL RL players work on outside practice?
Ball mastery, two-footed passing and finishing, and explosive movement. Small, consistent sessions with homework add up over a season.
