Bookings
Sessions are confirmed after a guardian signs the waiver and payment completes. Cancellations follow our 24-hour policy shown at booking.
SMS terms
- Program: Dream Elite Training sends transactional text messages to parents, guardians and coaches who opt in: session reminders, schedule changes, booking confirmations and payment links requested by phone.
- Opt-in: you opt in by adding your mobile number and turning on "Send me texts" in the Family Portal or booking flow at dreamelitetraining.com. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies (typically 1–4 messages per booking). Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call/text (925) 390-1177 or email staff@dreamelitetraining.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
