Two-footed play · Soccer training in Brentwood, CA

Weak foot

Players who use both feet are harder to defend and see more of the field. A weak foot improves fastest with lots of short, simple reps.

Common questions

How do I improve my weak foot in soccer?

Do lots of daily reps: wall passes, dribbling and shots using only the weak foot, starting close and adding distance.

Can you train a weak foot at home?

Yes. A wall and a ball are enough for passing, receiving and juggling with the weak foot.
